Solved! My PC wont type a certain key

On this forum another person had the same problem I currently have. I attached the link below. I've done everything stated and more and my problems parallel his to a T. It works in safe mode, doesn't when not in safe mode. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, updated everything, even got a new keyboard. Please help!!!!

Solved! - Computer won't type one specific letter

I don't think it's the keyboard. I use the on screen keyboard to type. I have one specific letter that will not type it doesn't work with regular keyboard or on screen keyboard every other key works fie. The letter does type if i a word if I use the word prediction just ot if I type it.

Also, it says solved but it doesn't resolve the problem permanently.

How should I go about finding the program/driver using it?

stop the app from running.
check for you installed
malware scan the system

I'm currently doing a full scan of my system with malware bites, its been going for about an hour and a half. Nothing as of yet but time will tell.

No malware was detected on my pc, anyone got ideas on how to find programs/drivers that are stopping me from using that key?

Problem solved, I had the key binded to an Nvidia program
