My phone got blocked?!

After i rooted my samsung SM-J330G/SD, when i was turnning it on i couldn't get pass the pin lock for somereason so i restart it, and now it won't turn and it keep saying"costum binary blocked by FRP Lock" i tried bypassing it but i can't, can someone help me with this?
