My phone isn't working it's a pay phone where you have to buy minutes and it's LG but when I turn it on it will turn to a blue Screen then after that start flashing and blinking different colors it was close to dead but not completely so I'm really confused please help

What model? First thing is to fully charge it. Then consider a factory reset to the fone. So what model LG is it?
