My phones name is called T-mobile Sidekick 4G- Matte Black and i was listening to music then all of a sudden my phones screen wouldnt turn on. But the thing is everything else did work. So can you plz tell me the problem???

It is broken due to its quality issue, just look for the replacement and check it. sorry for seldom knowing the phone you have and no details for you.
