Solved! My phone were getting switched off when i power of my charger from wall socket then i restart the phone it shows that the same

My phone were getting switched off when i power of my charger from wall socket then i restart the phone it shows that the same

Issues i found

1 phone were switched off when removing the charger

2 if my phone battery is at 42 % then also switched off

3 then i restart the phone it shows 42 %

4 again i connected the charger and remove it again my phone were shut down

Pls help
