My phone wont turn on. And i cant take the battery out because it has a built-in battery

My HTC phone won't fully come home it just stays at the Verizon screen I tried everything. Is there a different way I can reset my phone?

Did you try a factory reset? If you did, then likely the system board is bad or the memory on it bad, which is really the same end result which is you need to replace the phone.
