I have sony full hd smart my tv have hdmi arc output audio port but i dont have av reciever my question is hdmi to 5.1 audio analogue output device is support my tv and sound effect is like av reciever yamaha and pioneer devices

You could use an HDMI-ARC to 5,1 analog converter but it won't offer the different surround sound modes that an AV receiver would. The output of the this kind of converter is fixed volume so you would need to control that with the speakers.
