A "Factory Reset" usually is set up to keep your data. If that is the one you did, then it may have failed if there was any software issue. The only options left would be a "Hard Reset", which will wipe all data and reset the device, or it could be a hardware issue, which then you would need a tech to look at.
NOTE: Doing this will clear 'all' the data on your tablet, so it is suggested you not choose this option unless you have to, or aren't worried about losing anything on the device.
Be sure you back up any data you want to keep, to a computer or cloud account, before doing the reset.
