Solved! My realtek audio device isn`t being recognised

hi my realtek audio isn`t being recognised by my acer laptop so therefore I am not hearing anything at all from my laptop could u please help me,cause I can`t listen to music or watch videos cause there is no audio.

you need to manually install the drivers for your sound card.

this can be done by downloading the drivers from the manufacturers website
then going to device manager, right clicking on the device in question and selecting install/update new driver
then point the wizard to the driver you downloaded
