My realtek audio manager shows you just unplugged a device

Hiii guys my realtek audio manager shows you just unplugged a device from audio jack when i play a song or something it shows and cuts off the audio then it show you just a plugged a device......this is so irritating please help me fix this........

i fixed it myself my front panel was showing automatic device detection.....i just disabled it...........
