My Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 won't turn on!

My tablet was charging and then turned off suddenly. I've tried holding down the power button alone, and then the power and volume up buttons together for long periods of time. All it does is show the logo screen for a couple of seconds and then it goes blank again. Please help!

That is almost certainly a hardware issue and needs a system board replacement. You can try doing a factory restore or loading a full new ROM to it using a computer (you can find the ROM file online along with instructions). Both methods will wipe the data off it and set it up as new. If it's a hardware issue those won't work.
