My Sony MDR-XB950n1 wont charge

I bought two pairs at Christmas time, both were charged. Since the initial charge, neither pair will charge. I have used every computer in my house and every micro-usb cable. I even sent a pair back and the replacement won't charge either. It is obvious I am doing something wrong, I just don't know what. Please help. Thank you.

Are you charging from a wall plug or from a laptop port? Did you contact Sony support?
