My system is not showing my graphic card

My graphic card was proper when my system was running in windows 8.1 version but the windows crashed due to some errors and now i have installed win10 software and i installed nfs 2012 but the game lags so much so i tried checking my graphics card but the system shows graphics card unavailable. The graphic card worked properly in win8.1 even the game worked properly but now the system is not recognizing it and even the game is lagging b,coz of it. Pls help me im a bi fan of NFS.

Download the latest and proper drivers for your gpu and install it.
