Question My System/ Laptop is unable to handle all games on a steadily 60 fps anymore

About a Month Ago this started when i started playing my games my fps would drop to around 10-15 fps and it has progressed to all games now after about 10-20 minutes please Help

Would help if you listed some more info like system specs, what games, what you tried already. Did you check system temps? Try a clean Windows setup, roll back system if this happened after a Windows update, anything?
