My tablet battery run out of charge but is froze since knocking itself of

My battery completly died and now it shunt turn on help one I can't even see how much battery is in the tablet is frozen I think I've tried everything

If it is out of a charge, it shouldn't be frozen. It should be turned off. So if it is on, it is getting power from somewhere. You would need to wait until it is out of power and then charge and restart it.
