My tablet wont turn on and gets really hot when its charging please help

I dont know how this jappened or how to.fix it but would definitely help if you know. It started when it was starting to die and it did. I plugged it in and it will not turn back on. At first I figured I had a bad charger but it works on my phone. Should I get it looked at or just find a new charger. I have also thought about bringing it to get looked at PLEASE HELP

Trying with a different charger is the cheapest thing, aside from that it may be a battery issue or the charger circuitry. If it's a cheap tablet, you may be better off just replacing it.
