my tablet's screen is black out even when it shows a green light

I used my tablet until the battery was 14% then i put it to charging for 1 hour, the light is glowing but still the screen is black out I'm so confused, I tried to restart it by pressing the factory reset button but nothing happened, please anyone give me a solution for this! I would be grateful to you. P.S. My tablet is Ampe, a chinese company.

Can you remove the battery. In some android phones/tablets this fixes it. If you can not access the battery, I am not sure on what to do?

Hmmm.. don't you have any other easier solution with low risk, My battery is strongly attached with tapes which I found difficult to remove, isn't this method risky?? Anyways thank you for your help!
