my toshiba satellite c5-A-19T wont load up after signing in

Well I log in and it loads to a black screen I can use my mouse and control alt delete but that's about it

I have seen a lot of malware causing this problem lately. Open your task manager and start ending tasks of suspicious processes. If/when you finally get into Windows try and do a system restore to before you had this problem.
