My TV has a Digital Audio Out connection and need to convert to 3.5mm for speakers

I have a Samsung UN32J525D smart TV with an Optical Digital Audio Out connection. I have speakers that have a male 1/8” (3.5mm) plug. Is there a converter that I can use with my TV?
I have hearing loss and want to use a small speaker that is made for to use under a pillow.

You could use a DAC to convert the optical to analog

but that would be at a fixed volume and might not have enough power to that kind of speaker that is intended for a headphone jack not a line level analog input.
I would suggest connecting a bluetooth transmitter to the optical TV out and getting any bluetooth wireless speaker which will have its own volume control.
