my phone is locked and dont know the unlock code for it please help me i activated to my account but still could not unlock with last four of the phone number .also its far to get to a verizon store

If verizon can't help you remotely or over the phone, and you don't want to go to a store, you can wipe it totally and re-activate it. Look for wiping instructions for your model in the manual.
