My WiFi is not working. It says authencity has a problem, wrong user & password.

That is exactly what it means. Authentication errors mean you are either trying to access the wrong WiFi with the password to another WiFi, or you are entering the wrong password to the right WiFi.
There is nothing we can do to assist with this. You have to correct the information you are inputting.
