my Windows got break while using Utorrent

hello guys ... i was downloading the Witcher3 through Utorrent and suddenly Electricity ran out .. so my computer had a sudden shutdown .. when the Electricity back on again .. i tryed to run my computer but there was no way to start the windows up again just got a dark screen .. but i downloaded already 9 GB from the witcher 3 and they are on the D partition now i had a new windows installed so how to make utorrent to continue downloading ?

First you go to your start menu and uninstalled utorrent.
then you delete the torrented files.
then you go to steam and buy the game.

No help with piracy here.
