MyDVD shuts down

This is the second time I have purchased MyDVD. Each time I try to create a
new project it shuts down and goes to the lower tool bar. The Tivo trial
version worked just fine but it has now expired. I was hoping I could just
use my serial number on the trial but tech support has not been much help
resolving my problem. I have done a clean install twice. Can anyone help?

Just a guess, but I suspect something is leftover in your Registry.

Try de-installing the programming then running something like Regclean,
or if you've got XP, find a copy of REGSCRUBXP and install and
run it.

That might fix the problem.

If not, you might have to use regedit and clean
out all entries for that program.
