Actually, I agree with SneakySnake's comment 100%, there are WAY too many possible contributing factors that indicate life can be spawned under many different circumstances.
Consider that scientists just put out an ASTONISHING number in regards to how many stars are actually out there in the universe. Sextillion!!! And if history repeats itself, someone in another 20 years will calculate an even greater number.
EVERYTHING we know now is based on what we see in front of us and our perception of it. As time goes on, technology gets better and more discoveries are made. Literally, almost nothing is impossible, cept for God...
