I can just see it now, who ever purchases one of these shuttles will find themselves paying a yearly Excise tax on the shuttle.

$25 tax per $1000 on $28Million ought to be pretty heft and I'm sure they won't allow for depreciation either.

Ought to come out to about $700,000 per year in taxes.
