Need a block on GMail.

I need to find away to make it so Emails cannot be SENT to a persons email address. Also it doesnt matter if I cant RECIEVE them also. Im using gmail. But I want to be able to recieve emails from other people. Thank you.

Why don't you just don't sent it to that person?
