Need a cheap and quitet computer for audio recording!

So I need a computer for recording sound for my little home studio and I don't have lots of cash so I am thinking of (A) a chromebook or (B) a small silent pc?
If anyone has an idea would love to hear it!

Dont get a chromebook... You need q laptop with windows operating system.... Chromebooks re weak and powered by android OS which will not support most of your studio programs.

Well I will just be recording audio and sending it to my editing pc!

You could get the HP Pavilion 15-r030wm laptop. It would do a decent job for you.

Another affordable decent choice is the Acer Aspire E 15 ES1-512-C88M 15.6-Inch Laptop.

ok but I live in Canada and its like $400 but thanks anyway!
