Solved! Need a nice Gaming laptop - looking for some help

Hey,
I'm looking for a good laptop that can run games better than my current Hand-me-down Dell Studio 1535 (-_-) laptop.

I can spend 1000 maximum, but i don't really know what works and what doesn't for gaming.
I'm trying to run games like age of conan and final fantasy xiv at medium to high settings.

If you have any suggestions, i would love to hear-
if anything it will help alleviate my near complete ignorance with this type of problem by helping me learn the most important components.
