need help about tcl tv

i tried everything to update my 40ds500 tcl tv and says no new updated even on tcl page there is version V8-NT563T01-LF1V126 and mine is V8-NT563T01-LF1V106 but when i copy update file to usb says file error any assistance or help - is tcl download files broken ?

getting an update file from anywhere else besides the manufacturer's website is just asking for trouble
