Need help choosing between two laptops

I'm looking for a cheap laptop at ~$500 and I've run into these two. I am wondering which of these two is all around better when it comes to coding/gaming/browsing the web.

The i5 is overall a better CPU.
so i'd go for the one with it even at a bit more money.

i5 is better so i agreed with n0ns3ns3 to stick to the one even if it is a bit more pricey.
