A family member gifted me Philips Multimedia Speaker 5.1 SPA8000B/94.
Here's the page for its specification: https/www.philips.co.in/c-p/SPA8000B_94/multimedia-speaker-5.1/specifications
You can refer to this to see the back panel: https/www.download.p4c.philips.com/files/s/spa8000b_94/spa8000b_94_dfu_aen.pdf
So the speaker has AUX and Bluetooth but ofc it doesn't play true 5.1 audio (there is however, a pro-logic mode). Is there any way I can play true 5.1 from my laptop? Laptop has a HDMI port and that's about it.
I'm sorry I am not good with the whole speaker connections thing. Help will be appreciated.
