Need help disassembling

Recently I found a old computer.
Model: MikroMikko 5 NB386L
I was disassembling it for hard drive data recovery, but I couldn't get it open because of these (check video)
Do you guys have any idea on howto remove those?

Hi, can you use a plier to remove these poles, on a site, they said to remove the silver screws, maybe you have to remove the round cap on the poles?

As they are hexagonal, I would have just tried a six-point socket of the correct size.
