Interest in buy a gaming laptop around $1500. Very interested MSI GT683R-242US Notebook Intel Core i7 2630QM from newegg.com for $1499. If anything better or cheaper, please let me know.

That MSI GT683R fits the bill nicely for a gaming laptop that should be good at gaming several years into the future.
I hope it's obvious that its much, much more than you need for playing CS:S.
