No. You cant put a desktop CPU like this into a laptop, they arent compatible. Look for any intel processors with 'M' on the end.

On that note, you cant really change your cpu on a laptop. Buy a new one or swap your laptop for another.

Actually, you can change the CPU in your laptop. It's not easy (especially, when it is soldered to the mainboard), but, definitely, possible. You can't just install any cpu with the same socket, the motherboard bios need to support it too. check toshiba website for possible cpu upgrade.
