Need Help with uninstalling ESET

Hello guy's and girl's, I have one question.
I installed Windows 8.1 and I didn't know that you get Microsoft Anti-Virus.
But I installed ESET SMART SECURITY and I want to uninstall it, but I don't want if I just uninstall it maybe there be some leftovers, so you could help me?
What should I do?
Should I just uninstall it with uninstaller from control panel or should I do some more complicated things to delete everything ?

Uninstall it from control panel and see if it has any processes running in Task Manager after you restart your pc. If it doesn't then you're good.

1. If it does, then what?
2. Uninstalling ESET will not harm anything to me ? And uninstalling it won't make some conflict with MSE?
If you guys could answer this, I would be very happy, and that's it with questions...

No, uninstalling ESET wont harm you. It won't make any kind of conflict with MSE. If it shows in the processes in Task manager then there are leftovers but we can help you remove them.
