Need help with WiFi

I have an Alcatel Pulse I was wondering how can I merge my service on my phone to my vizio smart tv? I don't have WiFi? Can I.still b able to connect it to my TV?

Your phone would have to be MHL compatible so you could use a cable from the USB port to an HDMI input on the TV.
I don't think yours is but check for that.
