Hi. I don't use a digital camera often. But when I do, I need good pictures. I was using a Nikon Coolpix S570, but the macro feature seems to have died. So I need another one.
I take most of my pics indoors, and the main drawback to the Coolpix was that I always felt like I needed to invest more money into flood lights than the camera itself. Speaking of money, since I do not need a camera often, I do not want to spend a lot. In fact, I am looking at used ones on eBay.
10 to 12 megapixels is fine. Need a macro feature, rechargeable battery, etc. Pretty much the same features as the S570. Except I would like to know if anyone can recommend a point and shoot that is known to take decent pictures in lower lighting situations. Something released circa 2010 will be in my price range, while shopping for a used one.
Thanks for the help.
