need line graph maker

I'm looking for a software program that can make simple line graphs. I only want to use this for tracking my investment accounts/stocks/etc. That's all I want it to do, so I don't want to spend $200 for Microsoft Excel just for that. It would be nice if the program had the ability to do some calculations, like percent yearly return, but not required.

I've done internet searches but all I can find are programs to add line graphs to web pages, which is not what I want.

Well, I can't say for sure but probably, those 2D line graph plots that's possible to do with this tool would be enough for your webpage-specific tasks. But, huh, they want the same 200 bucks for it. Talking about free tool, probably Matplotlib phyton-based free library. But it requires Phyton framework. There's also a tool called cvsplot that is based on Perl and can plot CVS stats.
