Need Netbook for Photo-shopping

Hello,

Im looking for a netbook to use Photoshop elements 4 on. I'm also going to try eve online on it and see what will happen. My budget is $330 at max. Screen size around 10 or 11 inches. Screen res anything. Really the rest of the stuff doesn't matter like battery life. Thsi netbook will be used and abused. And does anyone know of a good laptop cooler for about $20.

This is not bad it's not a power house but netbooks are not going to be.
