OK, so i have TWO regular speakers and a sub woofer, i bought a LP-838 amp which supposedly had a "super bass" or sub woofer output on it, also i have 2 of them due to postage errors. problem is, it is the worst amp ever and the sub woofer port does not work so really I'm just looking for the cheapest possible(and i mean scabby cheap) to get a amp with a low cut off point for a sub and a 2.0 stereo output for my speakers (i also have a lot more speakers if you find an amp that is 5.1) i don't need any extreme wattage something no more then 150 should be fine. i only use it for my PC. Most i will spend is about 50 euro (50 Euro equals
56.43 US Dollar according to google currency exchange)

Solution
That amp has a sub out but it is not powered so would have to be used with a self amplified sub. If yours isn't then you wouldn't get the sub to work. And yes it is a piece of junk but your budget won't really allow for anything much better.
Something like one of these would work as well or better

Some require that your PC have a line level subwoofer output.
