Need to connect my labtop to my desktop pc so i can use my labtop as a second monitor. I have a Belkin USB 2.0 Mobile Hub. I have this connected to my pc and then connected to my monitor. On my pc it is not detecting the second monitor. Is there something i need to change in the settings.

I dont think this is possible. Laptops only output picture, they dont take input. at least i think

Correct. Laptops will only output their display. You cannot use a laptop display as a secondary.

I wasn't aware USB2 can be used as a video connection.
