Nero burning ROM 2016 installation problem!

Im reinstalling Nero burning ROM 2016
but everytime it goes to Installing (after downloading) .. i get this error

Installation failed, Common reasons are not enough space in the target directory, or a newer version of the product that has been installed before. Please verifiy the installation conditions and try again.

"Not enough space" I still have 130GB left
"or a newer version of the product has been installed before" Im sure i uninstalled Nero.
Rebooted my PC, No luck
Tried for 5 times, No luck at all

Can someone help me get over this problem?

Use a different program like imgburn if you dont have to use nero -
