Netbook restarts after few seconds.

Ok so my brother turned on his netbook after it charged.He called me over to see it but i dont know whats going on.The nebtook restarts after the microsoft corporation green bar has loaded.Its an asus eee pc which runs windows 7 starter

Does it BSOD? Will it start up in safe mode?

no there was no bsod but anyway i fixed it by reinstalling windows.thx for bothering
