Tim,
I can log into WaMu with my Ipaq 4355 just fine, same with laptop. A
few weeks ago they did do some changes to the web site as I had to disable
any cookie blocking for the first time login. Also they wanted me to change
passwords (well did not give me much choice.) as my old password was all
letters and they wanted one with numbers adding in there also.
If its a cookie problem, then you will get stuck in a endless loop at
"Select Your State". I assume you have 128 bit cipher strength also as that
is required. What is the error message you get ?

Wamu redirects me to it's IE/NS download page to obtain a 128 bit browser.
Ipaq 5455 2003.

Change the UserAgent of NetFront to make it pass as IE 6.0 ;)
That will fix your problem.
You can find information about this topic at www.pc-counselor.com/how_to/
You can change the user agent of Netfront using Tweaks2k2 too.

You can change the User-Agent string directly on NetFront 3.1. The options
now include a list of User-Agents, and you can swith then depending on what
you need. This is new on v3.1, v3.0 had only one UA string.

Try

Mozilla/4.08 (compatible; Windows NT/5.1) 6.0

;)

Using Tweaks2k2 you can easily change this setting from the NF default to make it pass as IE6.0 or as PIE 4.01 ;)
