Solved! Netwok adapter missing from device manager no connection

Hello,
i have an ibmt41 and just did a reformat with windows xp ,my problem is there is no network adapters in device manager i have install all the drivers from ibm with no sucess i have no internet connection also how can i solve this problem?

Download the drivers on another computer and transfer them to a removable storage drive like a usb flash drive or burn a CD/DVD. Download all the networking drivers just in case one does not work.
