New 2.1 Speaker Set

I currently own the Logitech Z-2300 speakers but my satellite speaker cones have busted and I don't have the time nor the patience to fix them. After 7yrs of awesome listening, I'm looking to upgrade or at least get something close to the quality of the Z-2300. I use my pc for music, gaming, and watching movies. The music genres I listen to are varied and I like to listen to my music loud. I like to feel the rumble under my feet and drown out my neighbor's music, if I have to. I have two budgets: Definite($250) and Maybe($400). Can anyone help me out with another 2.1 set that will rock my world? I don't mind having to buy the speakers and sub separate either. Those work out well from the ones I've used a work. (I have used all 3 and I listen to EDM so can't really give you an accurate account on the bass rreally is)
