New ASUS G75v (swap OS question)

i just purchased this asus notebook:

17"
i7 3610QM 2.3
16GB ram
ge force 670m 3gb
1TB 7200 hdd


it came with win 7 home pro and i want to scrap that and put on win 7 ultimate.

is this just a matter of wiping the old os and installing win 7 ultimate and having ASUS driver dvd handy?

i have a crucial m4 SSD 250gb i'd like to put in too as OS/app drive just prior to installing new os.

Yap. Just put in SSD. Install W7U from DVD.
