new computer in loop after win 10 load

A new Lenovo t450 turns on after loading windows 10 but keeps relooping 'thinkpad- to interrupt normal startup press enter' --- and then blank screen , then the message again????????
Is there a way to at least get a normal screen , or somehow stop the loop???

Hi,

Please do start with a hard reset, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Plug just the AC adapter then boot the laptop and see if loads back it's desktop normally. If that doesn't work do try if you can load Safe Mode.
- From off stage if the laptop, turn it back on and keep on tapping on F8 repeatedly until you see Advance Boot Option
- Select Safe Mode from the list and press Enter.
- Once in the desktop disable all your startup items first from Task Manager
- Reboot the laptop once done.

If this troubleshooting steps doesn't work you may need to bring it back to it's original OS using a Recovery disc then update it back to Windows 10.
