Question New gaming laptop help please

I received my Cyberpower Tracer V Laptop yesterday upon finishing off the windows 11 installation it kept crashing on the language selection. I reinstalled windows it works but crashes every now and again and comes up with no bootable device found, I have different errors all the time the latest one was a 'Unexpected Store Exception Error"

I have contacted the supplier but heard nothing could anyone help me out please
