Hard Drive always at 100 percent on a new system with nothing installed. I did have it loaded with software but was unmanageable so I did a clean reinstall. It's a I3 6 gig memory 1 terabyte HD Windows 10 notebook.

Since it's new I can't upgrade the memory but would like to but in a match pair of DDR3 4 gig ram.

I'm not a fan of HP have an older Toshiba notebook also with an I3 cpu that run's circles around it running Windows 8.1

Solution
It is windows update and updating all the windows apps as this is set to automatically update when you buy the laptop. It could also be some software updating drivers.
